NanoTrans Privacy Policy
WiseLake Inc. ("we") operates the NanoTrans website (https://nanotrans.io, the "Website"). We comply with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws, and publish this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of our visitors.
1. Personal information we process, purposes and retention
We do not offer account registration on the Website. We process only the minimum personal information needed to respond to inquiries.

We do not collect personal information from children under 14 through the Website.
2. Provision to third parties
We use personal information only within the purposes in Section 1 and do not provide it to third parties without your consent, except where:
- You have given prior consent
- Required by law or unavoidable to fulfill a legal obligation
- Requested by an investigative authority under the procedures and methods prescribed by law
3. Processors
We entrust the following processing tasks to operate the Website. Our contracts with processors include the safeguards needed to protect personal information, and we oversee our processors.

4. International transfers
Under Section 3, we transfer personal information outside Korea as follows.

If you do not want your information transferred abroad, you may choose not to use the contact form. Note that visiting the Website goes through Cloudflare, and email inquiries go through Google Workspace.
5. Destruction
- We destroy personal information without delay once the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled.
- Inquiry emails are permanently deleted from the inbox. We do not store inquiries in a separate database.
- Where the law requires us to keep information longer, we store it separately.
6. Your rights
- You may at any time request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information, or withdraw your consent.
- You may exercise these rights in writing, by phone or by email using the contacts in Section 9. We will act without delay after verifying your identity.
- You may also exercise your rights through a legal representative or an authorized agent, who must submit a power of attorney.
- If you request correction or deletion, we will not use or provide the information until the request has been handled.
7. Cookies
- The Website does not use analytics or advertising tools and does not store cookies for those purposes.
- Cloudflare may store cookies as needed for security and spam prevention. These cookies are not used to track you or for advertising.
- You can block cookies in your browser settings. If you do, the spam check on the contact form may not work properly.
8. Security measures
We take the following measures to prevent loss, theft, leakage, alteration or damage of personal information.
- The entire Website is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- Inquiries are not stored in a separate database and are only forwarded to our inbox.
- Access to the inquiry inbox is limited to the staff who handle inquiries.
- A spam check is used to block automated bulk submissions.

11. Changes to this policy
We will announce changes to this Privacy Policy on the Website at least 7 days before they take effect, or at least 30 days before for changes that materially affect your rights.
